Luke Vorster - Patrol Officer Santa Barbara PD

Officer Luke Vorster graduated in 2021 from the SBPD academy to become one of four recent additions to the force in Santa Barbara.  He discusses here what led him to law enforcement after receiving a BA, magna cum laude, in International Studies from Pepperdine University with a Certificate in Conflict Mediation.  He hopes to merge a passion for human rights.
