At One805, we believe that trust is earned through transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of every dollar entrusted to us. We are deeply committed to upholding the highest ethical and operational standards in all areas of our work - from financial management to organizational conduct and inclusivity.

Audit & Financial Transparency

Each year, One805 undergoes an independent financial audit conducted by a certified public accounting firm. These audits ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all federal and state nonprofit regulations.

The results are reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors and are available to the public upon request. One805 also files annual IRS Form 990s detailing our governance, operations, and financial performance.

Whistleblower Policy

One805 encourages board members, staff, volunteers, and partners to report any suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or financial impropriety in good faith.

We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or reports a violation. All reports are handled confidentially and investigated promptly and fairly.
