One805LIVE! 2022

Danny Seraphine played a substantial set of Chicago songs, before Wally Pack took to the stage and let loose several of the Romantics greatest hits, including “Talking in your Sleep”. Elliot Easton of The Cars followed, wowing the audience with four Cars numbers, including “Best Friends Girl”, “Just What I Needed” and the all time fave “Drive”. As if that wasn’t enough, David Pack of Ambrosia kicked it up a notch with the Beatles “I Saw Her Standing There”, let loose several Ambrosia classics, and then invited Alan Parsons to join him for a duet that included “Eye in the Sky”. The evening finished with a rip-snorting encore of Seraphine, Palmar, Easton and Pack belting out a 9 minute version of Chicago’s “25 or 6 to 4”, followed by Elton John’s “Take Me To the Pilot”.‍‍

‍One805 Board Member and Event Executive Producer Kirsten Cavendish said “Our line-up was exemplary - we had two Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, and two Grammy Award winners, and even Bernie Taupin turned up; This is the sort of show you rarely get the chance to see, but something One805 is becoming known for pulling off. Danny Seraphine is one of the top five drummers in the world, and all of them have connections to, or friendships in Santa Barbara and are highly supportive of our cause; they were all really excited to play together.
